The fixed price of $74.50 plus tax includes includes hors d’oeuvres and champagne, the five course dinner, three glasses of paired wines and recipes. Our dinners are served Wednesday through Saturday evenings and begin with hors d’oeuvres & champagne at 6.30 pm and last 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
The cost of our traditional cooking classes is $39.50 *. This includes samples of each dish and the recipes. These classes begin at 6.00 pm and last approximately two hours.
( * Wine Pairing classes are $45 per person )
We have cancellation policies for both our dinner and traditional cooking classes.
The amount of time we require for notice of cancellation varies depending on the
number of people in the party.
We also require a Visa, Discover, MasterCard or gift certificate to hold your reservation.
Should you fail to show up for your reservation or fail to give adequate notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the full amount.
The exact cancellation requirements are:
* 72-hours notice for parties of 1 - 5
* 7-days notice for parties of 6 - 15
* 2-weeks notice for parties of 16 - 26
