The fixed price of $74.50 plus tax includes includes hors d’oeuvres and champagne,
the five course dinner, three glasses of paired wines and recipes. Our dinners
are served Wednesday through Saturday evenings and begin with hors d’oeuvres &
champagne at 6:30 and last 2 1/2 to 3 hours. We do not require gratuity.
The cost of our traditional cooking classes is $39.50. This includes samples
of each dish and the recipes. These classes begin at 6:00 and last approximately
two hours.
For both the dinner and the traditional cooking classes we have a 72-hour cancellation
policy and require a Visa, Discover, MasterCard or gift certificate number to hold
your reservation. This information is kept in a secure location and is shredded
the day after your reservation. You may opt to pay in advance if you prefer
to not have your credit card number on file.
Should you fail to cancel in 72+ hours or show up for your reservation, your
card will be charged for the full amount.
