A Chef's Kitchen: Reservations

The dinner price is $84.50 plus tax per person.

This cost includes hors d’oeuvres and champagne, a five course dinner, three glasses of paired wines and recipes.

We begin with hors d’oeuvres and champagne at 6.30 pm.

We do our best to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions.
Please notify us of any special requirements when making your reservation.

Our dinners are served Tuesday through Saturday evenings and begin with hors d’oeuvres & champagne at 6.30 pm and last 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

We have taken a hiatus from the Traditional Classes because Chef John is trying to budget time to write two books. We apologize because we know they are popular classes, but we can't figure out a more efficient way to carve out time for Chef John.

We have cancellation policies for both our dinner and traditional cooking classes. The amount of time we require for notice of cancellation varies depending on the number of people in the party.

The exact cancellation requirements are:
* 72-hours notice for parties of 1 - 5
* 7-days notice for parties of 6 - 15
* 2-weeks notice for parties of 16 - 26

We also require a Visa, Discover or MasterCard hold your reservation.

Should you fail to show up for your reservation or fail to give adequate notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the full amount.
