Until September 1, the fixed price for our dinner class is $74.50 plus tax per person. Beginning September 1, the price will be $84.50 plus tax per person.
The cost includes hors d’oeuvres and champagne, a five course dinner, three glasses of paired wines and recipes. Our dinners are served Wednesday through Saturday evenings and begin with hors d’oeuvres & champagne at 6.30 pm and last 2 1/2 to 3 hours.
The cost of our traditional cooking classes is $46.50 per person. This includes samples of each dish and the recipes. Wine is also available for purchase by the glass or bottle. These classes begin at 6.00 pm and last approximately two hours.
We have cancellation policies for both our dinner and traditional cooking classes.
The amount of time we require for notice of cancellation varies depending on the
number of people in the party.
We also require a Visa, Discover, MasterCard or gift certificate to hold your reservation.
Should you fail to show up for your reservation or fail to give adequate notice of cancellation, you will be charged for the full amount.
The exact cancellation requirements are:
* 72-hours notice for parties of 1 - 5
* 7-days notice for parties of 6 - 15
* 2-weeks notice for parties of 16 - 26
