2013 Traditional Class Schedule

We have taken a hiatus from the Traditional Classes because Chef John is trying to budget time to write two books.  We apologize because we know they are popular classes, but we can't figure out a more efficient way to carve out time for Chef John.

 

We are still open for dinner classes Tuesday through Saturday evenings.  Our store is open Wednesday through Saturday from 10 am - 5 pm
